About Austin Web Designer Elaine Mingus
During the few past years, I have come to the realization that I have a passion for three things - graphic/web design, programming and writing. I know the arduous task of going over something again and again until it is perfect and I believe I thrive in this area. But I also understand deadlines and how even though an artist's work is never done, sometimes it must be laid to rest.
I have experience maintaining and developing websites, as well as providing graphic art for both print and web publication. Fluent in Object-Oriented Programming (CFM), I have designed the front and back-end of many Content Management Systems. I am well-equipped in the A/V department, having used both consumer and professional editing software, and A/V equipment. I am regularly in contact with printing houses and have tremendous experience in both the pre-press and post-press processes. My skills include: Flash, Dreamweaver, ColdFusion, CSS, SEO, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Office. I use both Macs and PCs.
