Deja Vu

Is this deja vu?

Or just another day?

I'm trying to seek you,

With everything else in my way,

I've done this before,

And yet I am here again,

Trying to open the door,

But not able to get in,

The phone is ringing,

Life is calling,

I'm sure it some urgent message they are bringing,

But in the chaos my spirit is falling,

I fail for lack of planning,

I am pulled by the winds of circumstance,

I'm thrown unsure of where I'm landing,

The day is over and you and I never stood a chance,

My Lord My God,

You are well able,

On this rocky mountainside I trob,

You make my footing stable,

No other name is there on Heaven or on Earth,

You perform the miracle, the impossible, no one can measure what your worth,

When I am undone,

When I am broken,

That is when you come,

When my last attempt is spoken,

In you alone I can trust,

Not in my strength or length of my day,

May I store my treasure where weather does not rust,

Only then will I know my way.
